At Terra Bags, we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can easily return it. Read our return and refund policy below.

1. Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. This is called the right of withdrawal. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive the full purchase price, including standard shipping costs, back.

  • Term: 14 days after receiving the product.
  • Return shipping costs: The costs for returning the products are at your own expense, unless the product has arrived damaged or an error has been made by TerraBags.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition and may not be used, damaged or washed.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

If a returned product does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or only issue a partial refund.

3. Return procedure

  1. Contact us: Send an email to info@terra-bags.com to register your return. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Receive instructions: After approval, you will receive further instructions for returning the product.
  3. Ship the product: Send the product back to the specified return address. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
  4. Proof of shipment: We recommend using a traceable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment.

4. Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, you will receive a confirmation by email. If the return is received in good condition, we will refund the full purchase price (including the standard shipping costs of the original shipment).

  • Processing time: The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
  • Payment method: The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note: if only part of the order is returned, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

5. Exceptions

Some products are not eligible for return, such as:

  • Products that are custom-made or specially adapted for you.
  • Damaged or used products that do not meet the return conditions.

6. Exchanging products

Do you want to exchange a product for a different color or model? Send us an email at info@terra-bags.com and we will inform you about the possibilities. In some cases, a new product may have to be ordered and the costs must be paid again.

7. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@terra-bags.com with photos of the defect or wrong delivery. We will make sure that you receive a replacement product as soon as possible, or that the problem is resolved.
